Kemewahan Rumah Tersangka Kasus NET89: Dilengkapi Lift dan Walk-in Closet

Bareskrim Polri (the Indonesian National Police Criminal Investigation Department) seized a luxurious house in the Narada Cluster of Alam Sutera, South Tangerang, in connection to the NET89 trading robot case. The house, as observed by detikcom on Monday (December 30, 2024), is valued at approximately Rp 15 billion and comes equipped with a lift that reaches the fourth floor. The ground floor is utilized for parking, while the second floor features a living room, family room, and a clean kitchen, along with a small room that appears to be a workspace.

Features of the Seized House:

• Basement (Ground Floor): Parking space.

• Level 2: Living room, family room, kitchen, and a potential workspace.

• Level 3: Two large bedrooms with walk-in closets. The bathroom and toilet are located near the bedrooms.

• Level 4: A rooftop area covered by a canopy for relaxation, along with solar panels to convert sunlight into electricity.

Additional Details:

• The house is intended to be occupied by the child of the suspect, Andreas Andreyanto, identified with the initials MA.

• Some parts of the house’s interior are still undergoing finishing touches.

• Outside the house, there is a spacious yard for parking two cars and a special garden next to the vehicle entrance and exit.

• Security features include CCTV cameras on every floor and in every room, as well as a smart door lock system.

• Construction on the house began in 2021 and was halted in 2024 when the police discovered the money laundering activities of the main suspect.

Statement by Kompol Karta, Head of Sub-Directorate II of the Criminal Investigation Department of Bareskrim Polri:

“We found the construction site in disarray in late October, with renovations still ongoing. We stopped the activities and placed a police line after the seizure. The private lift is not operational as the electricity supply has been cut off. The building will be used as a residence, given the presence of multiple bedrooms and a kitchen.”

The investigation continues into the case involving Andreas Andreyanto and the alleged misuse of funds.
